Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Negaunee, MI
Pay: $14.00 to $18.00 per Hour
What’s the Job?
- Customer service with scheduling and info for in-person, phone or online.
- Scanning and entering data into software programs (QuickBooks, Jobber etc.) along with filing.
- Collect information and enter in software, use data to analyze profitability.
- Accounts receivable, invoice and follow-up with customers to collect payments.
- Schedule appointments and assist drivers as needed to complete the task.
What’s Needed?
- Full time, temporary to permanent position for the right person.
- M-F 9am-5pm.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills for interacting with customers and drivers, handling scheduling, and resolving issues.
- High comfort level working on software programs on a computer for data entry, invoicing, and job costing.
- Ability to multitask, manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and handle payments efficiently.
- Accurate data entry, job costing analysis, and ensuring profitability through careful review of financial and job-related information.
