Our client, a luxury bridal fashion house, is seeking skilled professionals to join their dynamic design studio. Open roles include full-time Tailor/Garment Maker and Pattern Maker positions, along with a part-time Dress Cutter opportunity. As a key member of the Design Team, you will work directly under the guidance of the on-site Design Director. The ideal candidates will bring meticulous attention to detail, advanced sewing expertise, and hands-on experience with delicate, high-end fabrics. Job Title: Tailor/Garment Maker Location: Hilton Head, SC Pay Range: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience What’s the Job? Construct and alter bridal gowns using fine, delicate fabrics such as silk Draft, modify, and finalize patterns for custom designs Cut fabrics precisely according to detailed design instructions Collaborate closely with the Design Director and fellow team members Ensure superior craftsmanship and uphold strict quality standards throughout all projects What’s Needed? Previous experience in bridal or couture garment construction Advanced skills in sewing, pattern making, and garment assembly Comfort working with fragile, luxury fabrics like silk Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and finish quality Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative studio environment What’s in it for Me?
