Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
  • Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
  • Manage small to medium team of senior professionals as well as others.
  • Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
  • Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
  • Make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
  • Assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
  • Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Operations
