Training Coordinator(Night-Shift)

Our client, a manufacturing and production company, is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and will be an excellent team player which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Durham, NC
Pay Range: $18.50
What’s the Job?
- Identifying skill gaps among Quality Assurance Employees
- Apply various training methods: One-on-one coaching, workshops, job shadowing and mentoring.
- Train employees in their assignments
- Conduct onboarding for new temporary Quality Assurance Staff
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training methods
- Conduct periodic audits to assess employee progress
- Document and communicate performance gaps and errors during audits
- Collaborate with team members to suggest new training practices
- Observe and enforce safety and housekeeping procedures
- May be required to perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed.
- 1 or more years of Experience in training and coaching new employees
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, to push, pull. lift or carry up to 60lbs occasionally and up to 25lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand for long periods according to shift requirements.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Proficiency in using intranet, email, Excel, Word, and management information systems (MIS)
- Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing. Strong people skills, customer service, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Organizational, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
