Job Title: Production Control Lead
Location: New Berlin, WI 53151
Pay Range: $68k-$85k + 10% Bonus
What’s the Job?
- Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Production Control & Logistics Lead will work with Manufacturing to manage work-in-progress (WIP) and plan future work to meet financial plan.
- Use ERP Tools (MRP based) as well as tools outside of ERP to monitor demand, manage WIP, and create required by manufacturing, such as job routings that will need to be released with adequate quantities and due dates to support due dates and the companies finical plan
- Create appropriate documents including packing slips, shipping labels, Commercial Invoices (CI), Shipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI), etc.
- Prepare for and participate in an efficient annual physical inventory with minimal quantity adjustments
What’s Needed?
- Experience working with an ERP system (Epicor preferred)
- 2+ years experience in a contract manufacturing and/or job shop environment - MUST HAVE
- Associates or Bachelors Degree required
