The Service Account Representative will deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures. This role involves effective communication within the service department and handling various responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
 
Job Title: Service Account Representative 
Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension 
Work Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours per week with some overtime 
Location: Chino, CA 91710 
Pay Range: $25 starting range 

What’s the Job?

  • Communicate with store managers, maintenance personnel, and other customer representatives as required
  • Apply customer-specific Rules of Engagement (ROEs) to process work orders, prepare quotes, and update online systems based on parameters from Service Managers and relationship holders.
  • Ensure ROEs are understood, communicated, and executed by the fulfillment team, including Area Service Managers, Project Administrators, and Technicians
  • Coordinate and communicate fulfillment activities with Area Service Managers, Technicians, Strategic Account Managers, Service Sales Account Managers, and Project Administrators
  • Maintain accurate customer records using Hussmann and customer-based automated systems.
  • Prepare and review service repair quotes per customer ROEs and approve service work orders in collaboration with service managers and key relationship holders.
  • Provide ETAs, fulfillment updates, and problem resolution to the team and customers as needed.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payment, support the corporate credit department to resolve disputed invoices and past-due receivables.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours and weekends as needed.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
