Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Beachwood, Ohio

Pay Range: $18-23/hr

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10:30pm

What’s the Job?

  • Evaluate, repair and maintain all systems and functions at the country club
  • Perform minor repairs on all building, assets and equipment
  • Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing to ensure proper functionality
  • Pool chemical and functionality management
  • Maintain and repair clay tennis courts

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years experience in commercial building maintenance role
  • HSD or GED
  • Technical knowledge and poses ability to diagnose and troubleshoot 
  • Fabrication and construction knowledge
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 100 lbs
