This is an excellent opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will also have the chance to mentor junior technicians and help them grow in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a Safe Working Environment: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Complete Preventive Maintenance Routines: Perform routine maintenance tasks with proper documentation to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot Electrical and Mechanical Problems: Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling equipment.
  • Maintain Positive Working Relationships: Foster strong relationships with colleagues across all facilities to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Track and Store Department Inventory: Accurately track and store department inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meet Physical Demands: Physically able to move up to 49lbs and stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Experience in Mechanical or Electrical Field: Required
  • Conducting Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Procedures: Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automated Conveyor Systems and Controls: Preferred
  • Blueprint and Electrical Schematic Reading: Preferred
  • Project Management Experience: Preferred
  • Experience with Robotic Operation and Maintenance: Preferred
