What you'll do:
Salesforce Branch Desktop - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is designed to help accelerate our digital transformation efforts by acting as an efficient single-destination for branch teams, becoming the first thing they log into every day and the central hub of operations for their business. Accountability for the Salesforce Branch Desktop resides with the CRM Team. This team is a cross-functional group of individuals, including associates and contractors.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be a part of a diverse and collaborative team whose end goal is to support our Client Relationship Management Teams. In this role you will interact with vendors and associates in a matrix organization, enhance applications, develop software and tools, and provide support and guidance to our teams.
Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:
- Strategically plan and optimize assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services
- Architect, design, implement and deploy integrated Salesforce solutions to solve complex problems
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations through process optimization and technology implementation
- Provide technical leadership related to software development tools, methodologies, best practices, and standards
- Develop and enforce policies, standard practices, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational standards
- Provide direction as to the effective use of technology
- Prepare detailed software specifications and provide program or system level estimates
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain and conduct code walkthroughs for programs

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
Hiring Minimum: $96471
Hiring Maximum: $164262
Skills/Requirements
What Experience You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 7 + years of experience in technology including experience with the following:
- Configuring objects/fields and building automations using flows, flow proficiency required
- Large Salesforce Implémentation (10K + User Base)
- Salesforce.com development tools and techniques
- Apex language, triggers, controllers, JavaScript
- Force.com custom development, SOAP and REST APIs
- Apex Code, Salesforce Triggers, Controllers & Batch Process, JSON, SOQL, SOSL
- Lightning components using LWC
- Building Components using OmniStudio
- Using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Salesforce Extension Pack
What could set you apart:
- OmniStudio Developer certification
- OmniStudio Consultant certification
- Experience with Copado
- Experience with Mulesoft
- Exposure to Salesforce Shield & Event Monitoring
- Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Advanced Admin, Salesforce App Builder & Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certifications
***Depending on experience/qualifications, this role may be filled as an Engineer I, II, III, or IV.*****
****Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday****
