Our client is seeking a Technical Product Technologist to join their team. As a Technical Product Technologist, you will be part of the Network Enablers/APIs team supporting leadership as well as internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will be an innovative technical thought leader with strong interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills to drive business objectives for the organization and company.
Job Title: Technical Product Technologist
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
What's the Job?
- Drive API strategy and commercialization
- Create requirements based on customer needs and develop, define and document end-to-end architectures and specifications to scale use cases that require network enablers / APIs
- Research & evaluate 3rd party suppliers for E2E technology solutions
- Drive adoption by building strong relationships across a network of internal and external collaborators with the intention of driving scalable and sustainable solutions
- Make recommendations and build consensus with key stakeholders that the specifications meet the technical requirements and business expectations
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree (preferable in both technical and business)
- Strong knowledge of network technology (specially on performance and security/identity) and business management
- Experience in product life cycle management from concept to launch including the delivery of: requirements for distributed systems, high level design documents, testing methodology and customer feedback
- Strong demonstrated capability to lead a technical matrix team to a common goal
- Ability to drive all actions with the end customer/user in mind
