Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.Celebrate the achievements and victories of our dedicated employees along the way.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Work experience may substitute for a four-year degree on a year-for-year basis.A minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in healthcare.Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification is preferred.
