Drive initiatives to improve materials management processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement best practices and tools for materials planning, procurement, and inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in materials management, procurement, or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using ERP systems and other materials management tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM).Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.Knowledge of international logistics and import/export regulations.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
