Together, we will innovate, drive positive change, and improve outcomes to help our client achieve their digital, data and transformational goals.Once You Are Here, You Will: Build and maintain professional relationship with senior client executives and expand professional network in client organizationsProject / Program management of large and complex client engagementsAdapt existing processes and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex problemsAssess the value of business and/or technology trends and identify opportunities for incorporating these into the client's business and/or IT solutionsDrive the operational processes and services in support of knowledge management objectives to continuously improve program services and increase value delivered to clientsRegularly serves as a pre- sales support specialist through the development of materials and by presenting complex solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter expertWorking on projects that will leverage your expertise in life sciences and management consultingAssist in breaking down complex business problems, developing solutions and delivering with high degree of focus on client satisfactionWith limited guidance, conduct market research, develop a point-of-view, and communicate effectively back to clients and stakeholdersBring innovative thinking, resourcefulness, and agility achieved by leveraging best practices and creativity to get things doneEstablish relationships with our clients at the appropriate levels, gain understanding of the project work and problems encounteredActively participate in defining the portfolio of projects within the Life Sciences consulting practiceCreate/identify growth opportunities within existing and new clients using visionary industry knowledge, intellectual capital, background in potential problem areas, knowledge of upcoming regulatory or market changes to create engagement opportunitiesWork with teams to prepare proposals and program plans, facilitate differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, intellectual property etc.), articulate value proposition, review and fine tune the financials, and participate in proposal presentations to create a compelling proposition for the client to engage NTT DATARequired Qualifications: Prior experience working on a pharmaceutical manufacturing shopfloor with an understanding of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) processExperience working on L2 automation systems or on L3 manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, QMS, & ERP that support the batch process manufacturing of pharmaceuticals or biologicsExperience deploying IT systems that need to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)5+ years of prior working experience within the life science industry3+ years of consulting experience in the Life Sciences Industry3+ years Client Project/Engagement Management experienceBachelor's degree in business or related fieldPreferred Skills: Prior experience working with Manufacturing Intelligence SystemsPrior product implementation expertiseVariety of IT and business consulting engagement experience; experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams3+ years experience in new business development3+ years of managerial experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience with an industry or service offering focusIdeal Mindset: By embodying this ideal mindset, you will not only excel in your role but also contribute to our firm's mission of transforming healthcare through innovative digital solutions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $147,000.00-$283,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
