Our leading manufacturing client is  looking for a talented, detail-oriented individual to help rebuild and migrate content into the Sitecore Experience Editor CMS. You will use Sitecore’s pre-built content modules to configure text, images, and videos into clean, professional layouts that customers will love This role requires a mix of basic HTML, layout design, and some technical skills to ensure content is well-structured and visually appealing.
No Sitecore experience required – will provide training. CMS experience is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Migration: Migrate various types of content such as articles, videos, calculators, and case studies from one CMS to Sitecore.
Content Editing & Formatting: Create, customize, and format content within Sitecore CMS following layout and design best practices.
QA and Troubleshooting: Conduct QA on migrated content to ensure proper formatting, correct links, and overall polished presentation.
Knowledge Transfer: Attend training and knowledge transfer sessions to become proficient in Sitecore’s features and modules.
Content Structuring: Structure and link content with attention to hierarchy, layout, and design for usability and upselling opportunities.

Success Criteria:

Proficiency with Sitecore CMS: You should become proficient in using Sitecore Experience Editor to manage and optimize content effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with HTML, WCAG web accessibility standards, and familiarity with other CMS platforms like Adobe Magento or Adobe AEM.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when reviewing content and troubleshooting issues in Sitecore solutions.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Understanding of Marketing & SEO: A solid understanding of online marketing, web performance optimization, SEO, and lead generation principles will ensure content aligns with business goals.


Qualifications:

Experience with Sitecore or similar CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc).
Familiarity with HTML, web accessibility (WCAG), and best practices in web design.
Knowledge of online marketing and sales generation strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with Sitecore XM and Content Hub is a plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30/hr to $38/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
