As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our quality initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.Responsibilities: As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems. Your responsibilities include:
Direct and oversee assigned employees to ensure effective management systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, internal specifications, and customer expectations.
Champion safety protocols within the plant.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the management system.
Work closely with engineering to document IQ, OQ, and PQ validations.
Conduct thorough audits, including inspections, process audits, testing, and final release.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead project teams.
Maintain and develop the statistical control system (Infinity) for quality metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Partner with Texwipe Sales for customer interactions and audits.
Manage and report weekly on quality assurance spending.
Optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
Lead safety programs within the department.
Ensure adherence to company, department, safety, and ISO policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Experience in ISO systems implementation, document control, and statistical process control.
Computer literacy in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation graphics.
Knowledgeable in manufacturing methods, materials, and processes.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business literature, technical procedures, and regulations.
Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
Advanced mathematical skills
Apply practical, logical and scientific thinking.
Visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses).
Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and reaching. Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines.
May require special gowning for contamination-critical environments
