Introduction:A company in Brown County is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team.Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Quality Control Technician, where you will perform daily microbiological, analytical, and sensory testing of environmental samples, finished products, and intermediate materials to ensure they meet release criteria. You will play a crucial role in our Microbial Daily Management program, including daily sampling of converting lines and ancillary equipment. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, maintaining, and calibrating lab equipment, training new QC Technicians, and leading investigations into corrective actions or out-of-spec results.Experience:
Microbial testing
Analytical testing
Sensory testing
Equipment calibration (pH meter, FTIR UV/VIS spectrophotometer, HPLC)
Quality systems implementation
Data review and formulation release
Troubleshooting
