What’s a typical day as a Curriculum Developer II? You’ll be:
• Developing training curriculum and performance improvement materials on more complex products, processes, or systems
• Collecting and organizing content from various stakeholders by collaborating with intra- and inter-departmental stakeholders
• Facilitating the handoff process from development to delivery
• Operating independently or as part of a team from the initiation through the completion of a project
• Mentoring and coaching less experienced employees of similar position
