Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Lead full life cycle recruitment for diverse positions within manufacturing plants, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure competitive job offers aligned with company practices.
- Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers, emphasizing fairness and inclusion throughout the recruitment journey.
- Liaise with plant leaders and HR professionals to assess ongoing staffing needs across locations.
- Utilize modern sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates through various channels.
- Stay updated on recruitment tools and methodologies to enhance effectiveness and elevate Sartori's employer brand.
- Support HR-related projects, provide comprehensive recruitment knowledge to leaders, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Requirements for Recruiting Specialist: 
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of full life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience required.
- Manufacturing or relevant industry experience with multi-location support preferred.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required; bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Hmong preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative and collaborative approach.
