Required Skills and Experience: Five (5) years in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Navy training course products using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. and three (3) years of concurrent experience in developing and delivering Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs) and its associated processes, including an understanding of the current revision of OPNAVINST 1500.76. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in education or training from an accredited college/university. A U.S. citizen. A secret security clearance.
