Provide overall strategic leadership and tactical oversight of the quality process.
Responsible for operating mechanical and electrical test equipment to check for conformance to customer, industry, and regulatory standards, as applicable.
Ensure products and services meet or exceed customer and industry specifications.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Formulates and maintains Quality Control Manual in accordance with industry and customer standards.
Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department.
Designs, implements and maintains quality control training programs

What You Bring
Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and Nadcap requirements.
3-5 years supervisory experience
5-7 years manufacturing experience
