This position is responsible for preparing and performing operations involved with moving, installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide diversity of equipment, attachments, facility components and production machine equipment (Okuma's, Doosan's & Studer's) and general shop machinery also Hydraulic and Electronic test stands / Equipment. Must be able to perform the necessary functions of the position without direct maintenance supervision. Must also be able to perform work in more than one of the maintenance trades: Machine and equipment repair, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal fabrication or welding.Responsibilities: Make routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, battery operated vehicles and equipment. Inspect, Test & troubleshoot machines and equipment for standard maintenance or repair. Be able to Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.

Additional Responsibilities:* Blueprints, specifications and instructions range to complex. * Functional and dimensional tolerances range to close. * Work must be to code and specification requirements. * Wide variety of checking and measuring instruments used. * Act as back-up for other maintenance personnel* Work Overtime as needed when machines are down to prevent production standstill.Qualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent.* 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment* Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot Hydraulics, Electrical and Pneumatics * Knowledge of machine shop operations, floor assembly, and usual shop maintenance.* Hydo-mechanical and electronic manufacturing environment experience* Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. from time to time, climb ladders, use Lifts, long-term standing.*Able to work 1st Shift hours of 7am -330 pm* Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipPursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions.
