As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by overseeing the smooth execution of groundbreaking clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage internal and external clinical research studies.
Handle IRB submissions and ensure all regulatory documentation is up to date.
Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including regulatory and subject binders.
Collaborate with clinical staff and field teams to execute research studies.
Manage study budgets, track progress, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
Travel to clinical trial sites as needed to provide on-site support.
Ensure adherence to research regulatory, ethical, and safety standards.
Who You Are:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field (or equivalent experience).
You have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or clinical research.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong understanding of clinical research operations.
You’re ready to travel as required (up to 10%) and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
