Responsibilities: Business Strategy - Supports current plans, processes, and requirements that identify factors impacting the Risk Management organization. Aids in the delivery of strategies and solutions that address identified issues, coordinating business efforts to achieve success. Provides support in creating internal communications for the business.Project Management - Supports and Leads projects, serving as a resource to the Chief Risk Officer. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on complex matters. Aids in the communication of performance results and expected behaviors.Reporting - Produces reports based on analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and tracks effectiveness of implemented enhancements.
