Potential employment opportunities exist for the new Nordson facility in Clinton:(Computer Numerical Control) CNC Machine Operators 2nd Shift Positions available:
CNC Machine Operator I - 1 year machine operator or assembly experience required
CNC Machine Operator II - 2 years prior machine operator experience required

Charitable Giving: Volunteer Release Time - 16 hours paid time each calendar year to perform volunteer services. How YOU will make an impact: Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of product to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as fixed gauges, calipers, and micrometers Light assembly, deburring, and general handling of parts / work in process. Performs basic preventative maintenance tasks on machines per manufacturer s required scheduled routine Other duties as assigned and as stated in the full job description You'll also need to be able to: May be required to remain stationary, stand, sit and/or bend frequently or for extended periods of time. Employee will frequently be required to actively listen and exchange verbal and written information. Employee may be required to observe and assess information received via computer. Must be able to frequently lift / carry and push / pull 25 - 50 pounds. Qualifications to be successful: GED or High School diploma Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance Willingness to learn Day to day environment: Safe & clean environment You'll be working around large manufacturing equipment and forklifts.
