In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through leadership and operational excellence:
Lead a dedicated team of educators to ensure a thriving school culture and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and maintain high-quality program delivery.
Drive enrollment growth and foster meaningful partnerships with families and the community.
Build and develop a strong, thriving staff while modeling our core values and commitment to children’s success.
Contribute to the ongoing development of educational best practices in collaboration with other great preschool leaders.
What we are looking for:
A minimum of four years of proven, high-impact success as a School Director, delivering exceptional results.
Appropriate state-required licensing credentials to confidently lead a childcare or preschool center.
Knowledge of state licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families, staff, and the community.
Ability to inspire with a track record of developing and growing educators in an early education environment.
