BRIEF DESCRIPTION
A customer centric, dependable, individual to serve as the first point of contact with visitors and clients.  In this important role, you will assist individuals by responding to routine questions, answering the main phone line, performing general clerical duties, and providing general information, both internally and externally.
 
Hourly pay range: $21.00-$26.00/hour
 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answers, screens, and directs calls in a courteous and professional manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employees or voicemail.
Meets and greets all visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employees/locations.
Orders and maintains corporate office supplies and inventory.
Liaison between departments for miscellaneous tasks.
Maintains office equipment.
Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (Blink system, issue visitor badges, etc.)
Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail/deliveries
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
Prepares and maintains meeting and conference room reservation and catering schedules as well as set-up for various events; circulates schedule to appropriate staff.
Run errands within a 10 miles radius to complete various tasks (i.e., office supplies, drop off mails).
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This role has no direct reports.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office (basic excel, outlook, word)
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive flexible professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Keystrokes a minimum of 45 wpm.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used – English, additional Spanish speaking preferred.
Associates degree (A.A.), two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
