The Digital Enterprise is a set of digital tools, processes and procedures which utilizes, but is not limited to, Siemens Teamcenter for Product Lifecycle Management and the NX CAD platform for the design, planning, material procurement, construction, certification, and maintenance of our submarines.Key responsibilities include:
Oversee tasking and coordinating efforts to develop new tools and processes to enable the efficient recreation of baseline Block VI VIRGINIA design within the Siemens Teamcenter/NX design environment.
Interface with the Information Technology (IT) organization and the impacted business areas to implement these new tools, processes, and associated procedures into the production environment.
Troubleshoot and address general emergent problems within the various business systems to allow design, planning, and construction to proceed while long term corrective actions are pursued with an enterprise view.

QualificationsRequired: Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred:
Detail oriented with computer software experience and possesses strong communication, technical, and project management skills.
2+ years of related work experience
Experience working with Teamcenter, NX, CATIA/CDM, or other CAD and lifecycle management software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Working level experience with IPDE processes and tools
Demonstrated ability to drive projects and problem resolution to closure in support of a vision/strategy

Strong writing and presentation skills.
Ability to clearly communicate issues and resolution plans to stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise.
Self-starter capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
