You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll spearhead the development and implementation of top-tier quality control programs, influencing a culture of excellence throughout our organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Management, customers, and suppliers), ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements, and much more."We'll look to you for: Assurance that corrective/preventive actions are established, tracked, trended, and root causes eliminated, Managing internal audit and corrective/preventive action programs to maintain ISO and regulatory compliance, Conducting periodic site audits of suppliers providing key components or services, Ensuring conformance with customer requirements and compliance with Company and federal regulations, Close collaboration with Management, customers, suppliers, and Company representatives in quality initiatives, Management of all quality activities to ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and contractual requirements including ISO 9001:2000, Development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Control strategies, Establishment and promotion of a quality culture throughout the organization, Employing problem-solving techniques and establishing best practices for root cause analysis and elimination
