Distribution Center Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to take on the role of Distribution Center Manager. This position is vital to the success of our operations, involving both hands-on leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods.
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and safety standards.
Develop and execute operational plans to meet company goals and customer demands.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, manage logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that all aspects of the operation run seamlessly.
Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized facility.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Extensive experience in distribution center management, with a track record of success in a leadership role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans

Other Job Demands
Work is generally performed in a our distribution center in Deptford, New Jersey. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry light weights. Travel requires the ability to drive and the use of a personal vehicle.
