What We Need:   We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated 1st shift Group Leader to join our Allsteel facility in Muscatine, IA.
Participate in plant-wide safety reviews and engage in the MDI daily process.
Perform risk assessments and prioritize initiatives with the team.
Set and communicate high performance expectations, using lean tools to exceed customer quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
Develop a team that excels in problem prevention, quality assurance, and creative problem-solving through training and mentoring.
Exceed plant goals of 1S improvement per quarter.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Organizational/Business Management, or a related field preferred.
~1-3 years of direct labor supervision in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or customer service, with lean manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
