This is a per diem position with a monthly requirement of 12 hours. This is an onsite position at the Guilderland EmUrgentCare, with some travel required.
Properly identify and prepare patients for radiologic procedures and perform diagnostic x-ray exams following established protocols and procedures for patient care and safety in an outpatient urgent care setting
• Confirm, schedule and log completed radiologic procedures in computer and site schedules
• Clean and always maintain equipment and examination rooms
• Collect vitals and brief medical history of patients
• Ordering and re-stocking of medical supplies
• Team support to medical providers and front desk
All candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID to be considered.
Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program required
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
• Basic knowledge of radiology equipment including safety hazards common to radiology
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide routine diagnostic imaging procedures to children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients with consideration to cultural and developmental stages during the exam process
• Paid hands-on training

This is a per diem position with a monthly requirement of 12 hours. This is an onsite position at the Guilderland EmUrgentCare, with some travel required.
