Position / Specialty: OR Tech Shift: Monday-Friday (0) Ratios: 30-50 cases/day Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years' experience required. First-timers accepted: No Weekend REQ: One weekend call shift in six weeks Certs REQ: BLS required. Is on-call REQ? 4 call shifts in a 6 week schedule Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: Yes- no radius. Pending License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Can be low censused once a calendar month without penalty. Special Requirements: COVID vaccine required. No shuttle on weekends or holidays, will be allowed to park in parking structure on the south side of the lot. Please remember staff must complete an application; present to parking office and receive a sticker that needs to be displayed on rear window. For night parking, go to the parking office to arrange payment at the employee rate before shift. Auto payment may also be set up. Fees apply to days and mids, $15 bi-weekly. No cost for nights
