As a P&C Personal Lines Product Management executive, you will be responsible for leading the assigned national personal lines insurance business at USAA including overall product portfolio and management, product development, and modernization efforts for P&C Personal Lines products. Owns and manages the product development and modernization for assigned personal lines products P&C Personal Lines products. Collaborates with state managers and other national product leaders to grow products through the creation and implementation of an effective segmentation strategy, product profitability, service standards, and lifecycle management.
Works closely with State Management leaders to profitably grow the auto product.
Collaborates with P&C partners to develop national and regional pricing, underwriting, and product management strategies that minimize loss.

Builds and oversees a team of employees for assigned functional area through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related discipline; 10 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably managing insurance products/platforms from strategy to market.
~8 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.
~ Demonstrated strategic thinker with track record of developing and implementing strategies that thoughtfully consider and balance industry and competitive dynamics, customer insights, and commercial implications.
~ Proven experience in managing full product lifecycle, from research and concept to release and distribution to customers, and future evolution in a scaled environment.
~ 7+ years Property & Casualty Product Management experience
~Proven experience delivering through 4P management - pricing, product, placement, promotion
~ Experience with auto, home and state management
