Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Shift:  Variable Days / 7:30a/8a-5p (Mon-Thurs), 7:30a/8a (Friday), 8x5, 40hrs per week
On Call/Call-Back: 1 Weekend per month
Weekend: only for On- call
MI PT license
~Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required
~ Will accept new grads

Must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility
Charting/Equipment: Epic EMR
Unit Specific Skillset: Patient population: Unit Overview: Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
