Job Description
A Physical Therapist with Della Infotech, Inc. plays a vital role in the rehabilitation process, working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting thorough assessments to identify areas requiring intervention
• Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans to improve mobility, balance, and range of motion
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
• Experience working with geriatric and adult populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
