Operational Sanitation Associate
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for distribution of all chemicals used for daily Sanitation Processes during the operational workday
* Dispense all chemicals used for cleaning during production
* Follows all work safety policies and guidelines related to chemicals
* Maintains the chemical warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
* Sanitizes equipment that has been repaired during the operational work day prior to releasing it for use
* Adheres to all USDA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) product standards and guidelines
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Accountable to maintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Possess high standards and goals for self and be able to lead other team members to obtain the same
* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Working knowledge of Sanitation Chemicals and Usage
* Understanding of Butterball's Food Safety and Sanitation Principles: HACCP, SSOP and SPS
* Ability to speak, read and write English
* Basic math skills: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
* Excellent Attendance, work and safety record
* Ability to interact with all levels of Management
* Once in the position, must complete forklift training and certified
