Full-Time | 12-Hour Night shift

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of residents at Breton Rehab & Living Centre, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility within the Holland Home of Grand Rapids? We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis, working a Weekend Option schedule that offers premium pay every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shift.

Responsibilities

Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise

Location: Breton Rehab Campus | 2589 44th St SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512

Potential Floating Locations: Raybrook Manor and/or Trillium Woods, Faith Hospice

Hours of Work: 6:30pm-7am

Weekly Scheduled Hours: 36

Weekend Requirement: Every weekend

Qualifications and Requirements:

A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
Must be CPR certified
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required
Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
