  • Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial statement analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial records in line with company policies and US GAAP standards.
  • Support financial integration efforts for newly acquired offices.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, benchmarking, and ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Collaborate with the corporate finance team on special projects.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative-taker with a proven ability to take ownership and drive results.
  • Experience in both corporate and public accounting is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in general ledger systems and well-versed in accrual accounting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Ability to commute to our Deerfield, IL office at least once a week, typically on Tuesdays.
