If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as a process operator As a process operator, you will be responsible for: Adhering to all GMP’s, Food Safety requirements and company policiesOperating and controlling equipmentSetting and adjusting temperature, pressure, and time controls and starting and stopping conveyors, machines or pumpsCleaning, washing and sterilizing equipment and cooking area using water hoses, cleaning or sterilizing solutions or rinsesListening for malfunction alarms and shutting down equipment and notifying supervisors when necessaryRemoving cooked material or product from equipmentCollecting and examining product samples during production to test them for quality, color, content, consistencyPerforming other duties as assigned by line leader / management To be successful as a process operator, you will need: Language Skills – To be able to read, understand and effectively communicate to team members in immediate areaMathematical Skills – To be able to do simple math, conversions and use formulas to compute run ratesReasoning Ability – To be able to apply common sense understanding and carry out written or oral instructionsTroubleshooting Skills – To have the ability to work through problems backwards to find root causes and address issuesComputer Skills - To have basic computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required to run production If you are interested in joining our team as a process operator, please APPLY TODAY We Offer Benefits After 30 days: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Flexible Spending Account, Retirement Savings Plan with Match, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Group Critical Accident Insurance, Group Critical Illness Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan and numerous opportunities to volunteer in the communities in which we operate.
