Sanitation Team Leader

Do you have prior Sanitation experience in a manufacturing or related setting and can speak Spanish? If so we have a great opportunity at a facility that manufactures delicious baked goods as a Sanitation Lead in Malden MA.

Salary: Up to $23 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday - Shift work starts at 2:00 pm (and generally an 8 to 10 hour shift)

What will you do:

Maintain plant cleanliness according to the master sanitation schedule and document completed tasks.
Operate mechanical cleaning equipment.
Ensure the proper use of cleaning chemicals within their established limits.
Work in a safe manner and recognize and help correct unsafe conditions.
Be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to fulfill company needs.
Regularly lift, move, and/or push up to 75 pounds
Support management in other related duties as needed.

What is essential for this job:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work-related experience.
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish.
Prior sanitation experience, a plus.
Willingness to complete company-provided Chemical Safety and Sanitation Process Training.
Work with others, receive coaching, and give feedback as needed in a respectful manner
