Job Description Requirement/Must Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Avaya Aura platforms (CM, SMGR, SM, EMS, Client, AES). Deep understanding of SIP trunking, VoIP protocols, and telephony infrastructure. Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Avaya systems and media gateways (G650, G450, G430). Familiarity with integrating Avaya with enterprise applications and cloud services. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally. Experience Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments and migrations. Vendor coordination and project management experience. Responsibilities Architect, deploy, and optimize Avaya Aura platforms. Integrate Avaya systems with third-party applications and telco services. Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Avaya systems. Execute MACs, upgrades, and patch management. Monitor system performance and conduct capacity analysis. Manage secure API access, data encryption, and backups. Ensure regulatory and business continuity compliance, including E911 integration. Collaborate with network, security, and application teams. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials. Recommend and implement features, upgrades, and process improvements. Should Have Knowledge of Cisco Unity, NICE, Verint, RedSky E911, or related technologies. Skills Strong technical expertise across Avaya communication platforms. Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Qualification and Education Avaya ACIS/ACSS certifications preferred.
