Our mission is to empower people to achieve their healthiest skin, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us make a difference in the skincare industry.What Youll Dolooking for a National Accounts Coordinator, who will manage Ultas order process and play a vital role in supporting administrative support for the field sales teams: National Account Retail Managers (NARMS), Retail Associates (RAS). Responsible for collecting, analyzing and distribution data that enables the field to make tactile revisions to improve goal attainment.Key Responsibilities:Lead PO process for Ulta ordersMaintain basic sales reporting, trackers, and analysisSubmit A&P ordersHelp with submitting credit voucher forms, purchase requests, and invoices for paymentAssist National Account team with planning and execution of national and regional events, conferences, and trainingsLead the planning and execution of mass shipping initiatives, such as product gratis mailings and sales toolboxesMonitor and respond to internal inquiries in the Ulta shared email mailboxGeneral administrative tasks such as printing education packets, notecards, etc.Assist with creating Ulta social media contentConnect new users to our B2B platform and troubleshoot login issuesExport field requests for prospecting materials, process mail merge letters, and coordinate with the mailroom to ship to our prospective accountsPreparation for trade shows and retailer conferenceParticipation in retailer events corporate meetings, regional activities, trade shows, etc.Other duties as assignedQualifications and Key Skills:B.S. in Marketing, Education, Communications or similar field of studyExperience in the retail environment and or corporate office experiencePC literate in Word, Excel, email, and internet. Emphasis on advanced skills in Excel (ability to format worksheets in a reader-friendly manner, use formulas, shortcuts, graphs, link spreadsheets, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to be creative and think out of the boxGood follow up skills and ability to meet deadlinesWell organized. Able to multi taskPositive, ready to help attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Available to work in Carson office and spend 1 2 days per quarter in local area retail stores.
