It’s a place where friends and neighbors can gather to sip on a custom cocktail or taste a local microbrew, and get some great food in a comfortable, fun, neighborhood environment.The General Manager is responsible for delivering financial, human resource, and operational results through:Ensuring the Guest is always comfortable and cared forProviding strong leadership in building your management team.Building a synergistic, results oriented operations team.Guaranteeing food and beverage quality always meets the guest’s expectation.Community involvement and marketing.Ensuring the restaurant is always clean and organized.RequirementsIdeal candidate will have the following:3-5 years previous General Manager experienceSeen as approachable by subordinates and guests alikePassion for developing and mentoring a teamBusiness minded, with track record of achieving financial resultsStrong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophySalary Range & BenefitsStarting salary range is $46,000 – $60,000/yr.Generous Bonus Program (10% of base salary) distributed monthly #J-18808-Ljbffr
