* Prepare our bread and pastry recipes from scratch to produce consistent results

* Complete your prep list, follow all specs, and stock food as needed

* Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the presentation looks great

* Keep it clean Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards.

The ability to keep up in a fast paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, thats even better. Speaking and understanding English is a must.
