Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
  • All around commercial building maintenance knowledge
  • Perform Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Carpentry, and HVAC
  • Additional Building Maintenance Tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • 4 Years Prior experience in the Commercial Building Maintenance field required
  • Must have Building Maintenance Tools of the Trade
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Current Universal / EPA certification
  • Position requires completing a Background Check
  • Position requires a drug screen
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
