Territory Sales Manager – San Diego at NuCO2 A hunter mentality sales role with a focus on business development and market expansion. This position requires strong outside sales experience and a results-driven approach. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and sell to new customers. Achieve sales goals through direct selling to new customers. Directly manage all aspects of the sales territory. Use the company’s sales automation tool to manage territory activities. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with corporate office staff and the field sales organization. Qualifications / Experience Creative and skilled sales leader with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry. Results‑oriented leader with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Energetic self‑starter with a desire to succeed and ability to manage territory from a home‑office base. Successful in prospecting new customers; outgoing, friendly personality. Education Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Five years of outside sales experience if educational requirements are not met. Other Considerations Commission and additional incentives included. Ability to travel locally and manage sales territory from a home‑based office.
