Join our team as an Equipment Distribution Specialist, playing a crucial role in supporting our Field Operations teams by efficiently distributing project equipment to Installation & Repair (I&R) Fiber and Copper Field Technicians. Engage with internal and external customers, as well as community leaders, to build strong relationships and facilitate effective problem resolution. Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, complemented by a solid work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Possess extensive knowledge of engineering principles, plant service center operations, and outside plant functions. Have a working proficiency in essential PC applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Bring advanced understanding of plant service centers, central office activities, and outside plant functions, as well as hands-on experience with HSI/DSL installation and repairs. Exhibit a basic comprehension of electronics, electrical circuitry, and network installation, along with maintenance and testing of central offices, FTTH, and data networking. Be capable of performing complex hardware/software research and delivering first-level technical support.
