  • 1.0 FTE
  • Primary clinic embedded in Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital with outreach location to nearby South Elgin clinic location. Flexibility with primary site and schedule based on preference
  • Exciting opportunity to continue to help grow Endocrinology service line
  • You will join another experienced Endocrinologist servicing patients in the North Illinois patient service area
  • 100% Endocrinology practice
  • Outpatient position with the opportunity for inpatient, as desired
  • Growing support staff which will include APC and CDE
  • EPIC EMR
  • Competitive 2 year starting salary floor with on-going base salary structure
  • Generous sign-on bonus offered 
Training and/or experience required 
  • Endocrinology Fellowship training
