**Job Title: Skilled Laborer**

**Job Description:**

Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become an essential part of our fabrication shops daily operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Setup and Cleanup** : Prepare work areas and ensure they are tidy at the end of the day.

+ **Material Handling** : Load and unload materials and equipment.

+ **Tool Operation** : Use basic hand tools and machinery.

+ **Support Team** : Assist fabricators and welders with their tasks.

+ **Maintain Cleanliness** : Keep the work environment clean and organized.

+ **Safety First** : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

+ **Additional Duties** : Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications:**

+ **Education** : High school diploma or equivalent.

+ **Experience** : Previous experience in a fabrication shop or similar environment is a plus.

+ **Physical Ability** : Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting heavy objects.

+ **Skills** : Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery.

+ **Attributes** : Strong work ethic, reliability, good communication, and teamwork skills.

+ **Learning Attitude** : Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

**Work Environment:**

+ **Pace** : Fast-paced and repetitive.

+ **Type** : Construction-related pre-fabrication shop.

+ **Safety Gear** : MUST wear steel-toe boots and safety glasses.

+ **Dress Code** : Long pants and t-shirt.

+ **Hours** : 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) with plenty of overtime opportunities.
