Key Responsibilities:

  • Be familiar with applicable Texas laws
  • Manage a high caseload with speed and efficiency
  • Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters. and medical providers to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement
  • Review medical records and bills for utilization in case development
  • Manage the settlement and breakdown process quickly
  • Supervise legal support staff and give direction on cases
  • Perform cost/benefits analysis of settlement vs litigation


Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice in Texas
  • Comfortable in their role as a leader within the firm
  • An aggressive, positive negotiator ready to be a zealous advocate for our clients


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • A self-starter and able to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
  • A multi-tasker who responds to tasks with urgency
  • Able to provide superior customer service
  • Bilingual preferred but not required (English and Spanish)
  • Filevine system preferred



Job Type: Full Time

Pay: From 50,000.00 per year
